/It adopts new generation energy saving and high efficiency electronic ballast. It can save 30% power than inductive ballast. Its power factor is larger than 0.99 with optical effect more than 15%. The soft starting has small disturbance to electric network ,It is not influenced by voltage difference of day and night with constant power output, which can effectively protect the bulb from impact by high voltage. The service life of bulb can be prolonged to over 50%. The light starting speed is more rapid. The wide voltage range 160V~260V is available for normal starting. The starting voltage is only 1/3 of inductive ballast.
